Default 2004 CR-V Door Lock, Power Mirror Problems

Hello, my wife drives a 2004 CR-V. Lately she has had issues with the door locks. The lock/unlock works fine from the keyfob. The lock/unlock works fine from the passenger door power lock switch. The drivers door lock/unlocks fine using the key in the tumbler. The only issue is that the door lock/unlock will not work from the drivers door switch. It doesn't seem like it would be an actuator issue to me since it works well from all other areas. Could it be just a switch or bad wire issue? Any ideas?

Also, the power mirrors no longer work from the drivers door either. Are these switches or wiring harnesses combined or anything inside the door?

She also just told me that her car horn will no longer beep when she uses the keyfob to lock the car. One press will lock all the doors, two presses used to beep the horn, it no longer does that.

Could all these electric issues be related?

Thanks in advance for any info.
