Looking at a 2016 EX (Wife loves moonroofs), but wondering about Powertrain Warranty and GAP...

I'm a newbie new car buyer... is the extra coverage worth it? Wife tends to be a safe driver, but of course you never know... First new car i've ever personally bought, I hate the whole process, but here we are... Really close to pulling the trigger.

Looking for personal opinions and stories from people who may have used it, or tried and were denied for ___ reason.

 

Whatever you do, Get the HondaCare Extended coverage, 3rd party "Mechanical Breakdown Insurance" is not underwritten by Honda, so buyer beware. Accept No Substitutes!

 

welcome to the forum. When I bought my first new car, got all the coverage. got it to cover me for other drivers that drove into me.
