Default TPMS in Space-saver Spare Tire ?

I just had new Michelin Defender tires and TPMS sensors installed on my 2007 CR-V. Prior to the new tires/sensors, my TPMS light was on constantly, but the TPMS sensors were 10 years old so maybe not functioning properly. Now TPMS light is off, but has come on twice in two weeks for the last 20- minutes of my drive into work in the morning. It came on at nearly the exact same point in my commute both times.

Tires are properly inflated to 30 lbs cold, but spare is at 50lb vs. recommended 60lb.

So, my question is : Is there a TPMS sensor in the spare that my be triggering the TPMS light ?

I was advised by Americas tires that some vehicles have a tpms on the spare and it does set off the alarm.
