Default Will oil come out if dip stick tube is removed?

2000 CR-V... need answer ASAP if possible!
OK, dumb question... but wife is 5 hours away and had gone to check the oil because the car has been using some, and as is prone to do on these engines, the dip stick tube has come loose. (Probably already was... but that's another story)

She thinks it's back in place, although not likely not real secure. I'm just wondering if and how much oil can come out the hole in the block where the tube inserts, of course when the engine is running. Thoughts ASAP please! Thanks!
