Default 1991 accord won't start

I have a 1991 Honda Accord I was driving a few weeks ago and the car stalled , since then I can not get it running.thw car turns over but won't fire, it doesn't seem to be getting spark. I have replaced the ignition coil, destributer cap, rotor, main relay, fuel pump and main ecu. Does anyone know what could cause the car to turn over but not start

220,000 = 136,701 miles. under normal conditions the timing belt is changed every 60k miles for a 91 model accord. so your belt may have skipped a tooth.
