2001 Accord EX 4cyl standard won't start
Hello,
I have had an issue starting this car for last 6 months. It doesn't start occassionally but next time, will start fine.
One fine day, it stopped starting completely. See video. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Car has about 147k miles. Spark plugs were replaced at 110k. Timing belt and fuel pump at 95k.
No tune up performed till date.
