Default Does not crank!!Help

Please have a look at this video and tell me what it could be happening to it.

Can it be the distributor cap or something else.

It only happens when it is wet after heavy rain.

Everything was humid inside but it has to be designed for that or not?

Here is a video of the issue. It is a Honda accord 91 automatic transmission.

Thank you so much

welcome to the forums.. it sounds like you are getting a spark so my guess would be the fuel system.. it does not sound like you are getting any fuel.. check your filter and pump

I forgot to mention that there was a smell of gas...

Now, is it nornal not to crank when it is wet??? Is that a symptom of a faulty fuel pump?? Thank you all
