Default high idle on circle track civic
Alright I have a 98 civic DX that had a d16y7 that blew up. Non VTEC. Swapped with 92 d15b7 nonvetec. Using obd2 PCM and harness. Installed intake distributor and alternator so all plugged in off of the d16. Runs great and strong but very high idle. About 2000 to 2500 rpm. And go with ideas or something stupid I missed.
