Accordingly , Today 11:19 PM

Hello....im new here. On my 2009 accord ex 2.4L VTEC.... i recently was driving and for the very first time ever the check engine And the VSA and its triangle with exclamation mark lights all came on.

I used my simple Innova diagnostic tool and it showed a PO341 code....and also a 83-01 dtc.
i know the PO341 is a crankshaft Position Sensor code .... not sure what the 83-01 means. I took it to a mechanic for a tuneup, and to fix the problem. He said it needed a VTEC valve. He replaced it and did the tune up. Picked up the car today and went to work. At 8pm i went out for dinner break and the same lights lit up...and its popping the same codes as before the repair. Oh...also....the cruise control is sometimes working and sometimes not thru this trouble....im baffled. Any help is greatly appreciated.
