Unhappy Odessey Trany Problem

Hi:

Asking for some help:

Got a 2001 Odessey EX with 130K , Transmision was changed in warranty when it had about 60k after that NO problems reported. Oil changed on trany twice since trany was changed.

On oct. 10 2009 (saturday) F.C. P-1456 Evap. Control System Leak Detected In Fuel Tank and P-0740 Torque Converter Cluth Circuit Malfunction was extracted but every thing working ok.

Today oct. 12 2009 (monday) two days later when running on the highway transmission just stoped producing power, like if it had no pressure, no reverse, no nothing even no fault codes. Motor runs perfectly. No weired noises it just dosent run had to tow to my house. Need some advise please.

THANKS IN ADVANCE

A CV joint may have failed on one of the half-shafts. If one of those give out, the car will act as if it's in neutral regardless of the shifter position.

I have the same problem, my honda odyssey 2000 had been problems with the transmission, and replaced 3 or 4 times. The last time was fixed 30,000 milles ago, or 3 years.
Now again is broken, shows code P 0720. Honda asks $ 4832.00 to be fixed.
This is not right, Im planning to call Better business bureou, or get an attorney.
I don't have money to fixe it, and i really need my car.
Any advice.

I have a 2006 Oddy and am having weird trany problems. it started out where i could drive for a block then i had 2 turn the van off then count to 30 then turn the van back on and it would drive for another block. But it slowley got better worse depending on how you look at it. Now i drove it to the dealer 1/4 of a mile from my place with only little problems but on the way back it stopped 3 times but this was on 2 different days. The dealer quote to put in a transmision from a pull-a-part was over $6500.00. I was told and saw a video that said it may be a prefilter that honda only installed in the 05/06 year vans. It only cost me $184.00 for there opinion after the person drove it around the parking lot a couple of times. I wish there was something i could do but it looks like its going for parts since i dont have that much money. Thanks for reading my rant.
