Default '83 xr200r top end rebuild help

Hi, i have as posted, a 1983 xr200r that was given to me, the previous owner said said that the jug needed to be replaced, trusting his word, i bought an atc200e cylinder, which i was told would fit my bike (no xr200r cylinders were available or in my price range) after receiving the cylinder i realized that the cylinder was 192cm not 195cm making my piston and rings .5mm too large, that being said i have found a 1983 atc200x piston that is the same size of the atc200e cylinder i bought and i am wondering if this would work with my xr200r head and how much power (if any, other than the -3cm of the cylinder) i would lose. Thank you and sorry for making this overly complicated.
