i hav a 82 xl250r just started to strip the motor down and the barell is slightley on the used side
does any one know how much i can bore it out to?

have you found any other forums that have help with your xl?
I have a 75 xl250 and an 81 xl500s. I am having a hell of a time getting any information about either one.
