Default newbie needing help if possible

hi i own a 1996 uk model accord 2.0i es and i have been offered some 17" rims for it i know they are off an accord already but i was wondering what is the maximum profile tire i will be able to run on the 17's without them rubbing as i still want to keep a little comfort in the ride

and also i have a major problem on the clutch aswell i have to keep bleeding the slave cylinder every few days as it seems to be presurising the hydrolics can anyone help me on thes questions please
