Default Rancher starting problem

I have a 2007 Honda TRX-420 Rancher 4x4 EFI that will not start. I thought it was bad gas so I completely drained all the gas out to include the pump and then filled it back up with fresh gas. Still won't crank.

The spark plug has been changed, it is getting gas to the fuel injector and going into the crank, all fuses have been checked so I don't know what to check next? It seems to be in the electronics? That is all that is left.

In other 4 wheelers that I have owned and was not fuel injected all you needed was spark and fuel and it would run?

I am out of ideas and next is to go to the mechanics at Honda?

Thanks
