Default 2000 civic si trouble

Alright guys, I have a 2000 civic si that I just recently got with a blown motor. I got a b18b1 from a 95 teg so obd1 that I have set in and ready to hook up. I got the ecu for it already. My question is what all wiring will I have to modify? All I know of is the alternator and distributor is there anything else?

welcome to the forum. I'm not up to par wih engine swaps, but I was advised if doing an engine change, try to get the wire harness for the enire engine compartment and the ecu for that engine. If in Ca. you may have problems with getting a smog due to putting in an older year engine in a newer year car.

I'm in iowa so it's not as strict and I have the ecu and jumper harness for it. I was told at the beginning of this swap could be done rather simply. Apparently I listened to the wrong people and didn't do enough research myself. Just trying to figure out how to get myself out of this mess. The only wiring the b18 came with was for injectors and I already got that taken care of.

Ok so what if I got a wiring harness for the b18 would I have to get a new gauge cluster or would it plug in?
