1998 CR-V No Spark, No Fuel, Bad ECU ( I Need Help )
I've got a 1998 Honda CR-V European, i was driving one day and my car fell in a pot hole...i switch of the car to check if anything is brokenor damage cause i was driving extremely fast was late for my meeting...after check completion, i went back into the car to start it howeverwhen i turn on the ignatianthe check enginelight was on.....it stayed for a while then went off. then i try starting the car it wouldn'tstart, i check my body to ground and all of my fuse and they werefine, replace my distributor, fuel pump, because I wasn'tgetting any spark nor my fuel pump wont prime.
my ignitionswitch is also fine, and my main relay and my is fine as well.
i then open my ecu (37820-p3f-g51) and saw my 0.47ohms resistor looks like it's burnt and not sure if it is actually....i tried my ecu on my friends car and now my M20 diode is burnt out....i tried my friends ecu on in my car and it wont start, no fuel and no ignition, my care srs, and abs light starts blinking...and check engine light wont go off. I got another ECU however its from a 2001 CR-V European, can i replace the immobilizer chip and other components to get it working on my van, i'm in a 3rd world country and this type of parts only comes in Japanese model not European.
