My 1999 Honda CRV makes a loud banging sound front the front end when i drive. I talked to a mechanic and he said replace the CV joints. I replaced them and have the same sound.When I drive the car it makes loud banging noise and the steering wheel is fighting with me. Could it be my transmission?

does the banging noise get faster as you drive faster, have you checked the front end for anything loose or sticking out of normal. does the banging noise get louder or softer as you drive fast or slow

 

Hi, could be a worn out motor mount too.
