1999 Honda crv p1399 help needed

Ok so here's my problem, I have a 99 crv 2wd LX automatic, 190k yes all valve services are up to date,I've owned it for a little over a year, first few months in to owning it I got a cel, took it to autozone and got codes for multiple misfires, first thing I came across was oh it's the valves so I took it to a shop and paid 364 dollars just to be told hey your valves are fine,OK wtf,I've been driving it ever since and it has not gotn worse, hell I drove it to Utah twice with no issues,I've changed both o2 sensors, cat,cap and rotor, spark plugs, battery, everything else is factory, now the only code I have is P1399 and that's it,so please save me your valve Bs cause it isn't,I drive this thing hard, not being a dick just tired of hearing the same Bs answer, so my question is what else could cause it,I've heard its the ICM or coil,I havent changed the plug wires yet and I know the dizzy itself is factory cause all the internals look heat worn,it wasn't driven hard by previous owner,Any real proven advice would be very greatly appreciated and if I could I buy ya a beer, thank you in advance

welcome to the forum. i would change the least cost wires first and reset the cel, then recheck to see if it comes back again,

First check to see if wires are tight to plugs and coils.
