2006 Honda CR-V No Start
 

I have a 2006 Honda CR-V that will not start. When I turn the key to start the car I get nothing. No buzzing, no ticking. However, the dash Board lights up like a Christmas Tree, the radio works, the heat ac works, headlights are bright. I tried jumping the car and still no start. I had the battery tested and it is 100%. In my mind that should eliminate the alternator being bad. So I replaced the starter. Still no start. So I replaced the Starter Relay fuse under the steering wheel. Still no start. So I replaced the ignition switch. Still the car will not start. I am frustrated and need some help figuring out what is wrong with this car. It has been the best car we ever had, never had any problems with it until now.

Check the ignition switch.

GRCAuto, thank you for your reply, the ignition switch was the last thing I tried and it still would not start.

You should do testing rather than shooting parts at it. I would trip the relay. Check at the starter for voltage. You have it at the relay but it don't get to the starter You know the problem is between the 2. It's a process of elimination.
