Default 2007 to 2011 CRV rust recall issues

We have been getting the run around from Honda - Upper Valley Honda in White River junction, VT, condemned our 2011 CRV for the rust/trailing arm issue, did not provide/will not provide a loaner, and when they told us they had a national deal on with Enterprise car rentals Enterprise said they had no deal with Honda at all. Then the dealership told us first it was a $30 a day credit, then it wasn't Enterprise, it was Avis...and Avis had no deal. Then they said that Honda America would first pay only $30 on a rental per day, then $35. There are no rental places with that day rate. This is nuts...and Honda has offered nothing on our CRV.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Has anyone had their bad vehicle bought back from Honda?

I just discovered that she had an extended warranty and that Honda's 2 dealerships here charged her for $23,000+ in repairs for the last 6 years...a lot of it is utter nonsense repairs, plus work that was done wrong then she was charged for the warranty work afterwards (!)...am currently on the phone with Honda USA and spoke to an attorney this AM. Fraud on a Biblical scale going on here.
