2008 Sluggish Cold Weather Start

Over the past 2 years, I've experienced sluggish starts in cold weather (below 25 degrees F)
Motor oil is changed with synthetic once a year, the car has 90k miles and is driven less then 2k miles a year.
The battery was changed (Optima 450CCA) 2 years ago.
Fuel Pump Module and fuel filter were changed, and spark plugs/wires were also changed.

At this point, I'm looking to replace the starter with a higher torque starter.
I was thinking a Denso starter.

Does anyone have another Starter Manufacturer suggestion or any other suggestions?
It seems to me that these OEM Honda starters used didn't have too much torque to begin with!

Thanks!
Chris

You do realize the difference in cranking speed between 100* and 0* is more than 60% on average.

Perhaps I should have elaborated on the problem more.
The car turns over slowly but does not run.
It takes 3-5 attempts (turning the key back waiting a few seconds, then cranking the engine again.)
Thank you for stating the obvious though, you certainly have an incredible talent!

Sluggish. No mention of multiple attempts to start. Talent?

How about genuine advice rather then stating the obvious!

You are a jerk. You think this is the way to get help? You are also a bit stupid.

Wow man, you have a very large, extremely fragile ego!
I feel like I'm back in the school yard in elementary school!
Check yourself there dude, I've found that you have to be careful in this life.
