My drivers side front door will only lock with the key. I can lock and unlock the other three doors with the key fob, door handle and buttons inside the car but nothing works on the one door. I have seen some posts and videos on replacing the door lock actuator on older CR-V’s but haven’t found anything on the 2016. Any ideas what could be the problem?

possible door lock actuator. most door actuators are similar once you open the door panel you will be able to locate it.

 

Sounds like the actuator isn't working.
Replacing it will be a challenge.
