When did this issue occur?
After you replaced the brake pads?

Have you raised the front wheel and put hands at 3 and 9 or 12 and 6 to see if there is play in the wheel
Ball joints or tie rod ends have any play??

Inspect the tone ring on the CV axle to see if it is broken or missing any teeth??

Do any warning lights come on?

You may be rite. I have modified and there is a variation in tyre size. Front is bigger and rear smaller. After my replacement of pads it was fine. Warning lights are some time shown brake lights and abs lights.

Different size tires could cause issues with the ABS system.
Front tires and rear tires are rotating out of sync
This could cause ABS to activate
Don't know for sure.
