How Much Fuel Is Left.....Low Fuel Warning On
 

Pertaining to the low fuel warning light on the 2015 CRV........when that light turns on, how much gasoline is really in the tank?

most honda's have approx 2+ gallons left when the fuel light comes on. only real way to check is to have a 2 or 5 gal tank of spare fuel and run the tank dry, but be aware if you run out of fuel and leave the key on, you will burn up your internal fuel pump, this will be very expensive to replace in the tank.

When your light comes on check the drivers information center,it will give you an approximate amount of miles left according to your miles per gallon.

Running with a low fuel light is not a good idea. If the pump is in the tank, the fuel is used to cool the pump. Secondly, dirt will be sucked into the fuel system. The light is there as a reminder you need fuel as soon as you can.
