My wife and I recently purchased a new 2018 CRV and have returned it to the dealer several times due to poor quality transmission of hands free calling. Dealership has been in contact with Honda technicians, and changed in and out both the microphone and the radio unit. They have also paired various cellular phones to determine if the problem was related to specific phone makers. Problem has not been resolved. Unable to use hands free phone system because of the annoying static and feedback sound transmitted. I have read several posts related to this problem occurring in older CRVs. Is anyone else having this problem with the new vehicles.
