Prepping my daughter's 2011 CRV, a gift from her grandfather, for inspection. CRV needed a new battery, assumed no data exist in the main computer.
Anybody know how many miles I have to drive in order to emission data registered in the computer. Need that for inspection.
(I had that problem with Nissan Altima with new battery, I drove 80 miles still had emission data in the computer to pass the inspection.)

 

Do the drive cycle a few times checking readiness between drives. Any not being set?

 

Even a cheap code read can tell you if the readiness monitors are set or not.
Drive cycle is usually from cold engine to drive about 50 miles at highway speeds and some local speeds.
