Default Strange sound in my Honda CR-V? Video attached

The sound is very soft so you may need to turn your volume all the way up. It's soft from the start of the video, and then it picks up and is a bit louder starting at 0:03 second mark. It sounds like this gurgling, screeching sound that is very soft and subtle. The car seems to have no other problems functionally.

Some background: I had a minor collision but the car was drivable and it was only cosmetic damage in the front. My car didn't make this sound before the collision and afterwards, for the whole time I was driving with a busted front for several months before I took it to the shop.

After my car came back from the shop, it started to make this sound. However, it does not make this sound the first 30 min I drive the car each day. It's only after I drive for a bit that this sound starts to appear. So I'm thinking it may be due to the radiator after the car has warmed up? I have no idea..

Another note, the sound can really only be heard from the inside of the car, close to the air vent. I've tried to park my car and leave the engine running and open the hood to see if I can capture the sound better, but I don't hear it from the hood at all.. Perhaps, it's because I'm idling and not driving? Not sure..
