Default hitting on 2 cylinders

well I got the carbs figured out I'm running 130's on the main jets but I have encountered a new problem. cylinder 1 and 2 are not firing 3 and 4 are running great. I'm confused about it 1 and 2 are getting gas and they don't share a coil, they are both are getting spark. I have new plugs in it made new spark plug wires. tried spraying brake cleaner in the carbs as starting fluid and nothing. oh yeah this is on my 81 cb750 custom

The cranking compression is as follows
#1-129 psi
#2-127 psi
#3-126 psi
#4-128 psi
I made new set of spark wires again today, switched around plugs to check, and went and cleaned to carbs out again. I'm getting more fuel to 1 and 2 now that I cleaned the carbs, the plugs are damp now (not soaked like its getting to much). Still not even a wimper out of the 1 and 2 cylinderd
