Default Honda element crank no start after replacing waterpump

I have a 2004 Honda Element. Replaced waterpump and now the car cranks but doesn't start. I put the key back on the crankshaft pulley and it has spark and fuel. Any suggestions?

Has spark and fuel means that the timing is off.

Checked timing last night chain has plenty of tension no reason it should have went out of time. You need a special adapter to check fuel pressure and it's about $230 for that said adapter. It started and ran before I replaced the pump. Also decided to replace battery and crank sensor.

Did you try using starting fluid? We need to test unless you want to throw parts at it. We don't even know if it's fuel spark or something else.

I tested spark and it's all there. Starting fluid doesn't fire it up.

Assuming that there is compression and starting fluid makes no difference, it has to be timing if spark is present. If the spark is present at the wrong time then it will never start.
I do not know what was done while you changed the water pump. It could be the sensors are not reading the timing properly in the cam?

Timing is the only thing I can think of at this point. Is there possibly a relearn for the crank sensor at all? I did have to replace that too

You may have spark but it may not be good enough.
