Honda element crank no start after replacing waterpump

Plugs are all good. It started fine before water pump was replaced it just makes no sense that it wouldn't start after

Yeah, it doesn't make sense. Maybe moving some wiring around broke a connection.
Anyway, did you check all the fuses? Just it case of something simple?

Well, I am sorry. I just do not know what else to look at.
May be time to go back to basics
Check for fuel
Check for air flow
Check for spark check for timing
Check for exhaust flow
Check for compression
ETC????

that is my guess. I'll have to go back to basics and test again. I set it aside had other projects to get to before Thanksgiving

What KV is the spark at? Fuel pressure in PSI? Numbers NOT it's good.

Opps.
what I meant by guess is that the etc is bad. Not regarding the testing. And to test fuel pressure you need an adapter for Honda and its about $230 for the adapter.

Look at the ECT with a scan tool.
Ground the wire going to the ECT. Does the reading change. Should go to full hot or full cold.
