Default whatisthatfor?

i saw some kind of square cork block when i removed front door panel.I want to know how to call it and what is that for.
it is not at door but it was attach at cover.i need to buy new bcos my mom let it go and i dont even know its name.

Looks like the inside door panel was taken off.
That space is probably for a speaker??

Not only honda fit but also other car had this kind of rigid cork in slightly difference shape.

good to know what your car is about, helps you to take good care of it, so it will last longer and if you like to mod the car, you will get to know its limitations.
