Should I purchase a 2004 Civic LX 247K for $3800? He was asking $5000 before I asked a few questions. I am torn because the owner has had the car since new, with all maintenance records. I'm hesitant because it's almost to the end of it's life cycle. I need help on this one please.....:confused:

the engine itself will go for twice that many miles and even more if maintained properly. the transmission on the other hand if automatic can be a toss up some only lasted 60,000 others still going past 200,000 miles. have it looked at by a mechanic make sure it drives straight and shifts smooth. alot of other small things like bushings and suspension components mite need replacement also the timing belt,water pump every 100,000 miles.
