Default 0w-20

Hello I bought a civic si 2012! The Manuel wants 0w-20 synthetic! I have never used synthetic alway 5w-30! My question is does honda put synthetic from factory? And will the motor break in with synthetic? I'm ready to change oil for first time and unsure what to use! Please give me your feedback!

if honda says to use 0w20 synthetic then use 0w20 why would you second guess honda its there motor i would think they would know whats best. as for fluid use Mobile 1 or if you have the cash AMSOIL. mainly the only reason they say 0w20 is for better gas mileage.
