2020 CRV Battery Cable Queston
I had to disconnect the negative cable from my battery.
I pulled a bit too hard and the plastic shielding from one of the the wires (not the main cable), came out of its housing. The wires are still properly connected. The wires go into a housing. The shielding also went into the housing, protecting the wires (two or three thin ones, I am not in the same city as the car at the moment). https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/hondafo...ec24d10447.jpg Can that be repaired? If not, can one cable be replaced or do I need a whole set.? Thanks Glenn Abelson |
Picture of the actual cable would be nice.

Sounds like housing is a connector and the wires are inside a wire loom or what you call shielding. As long as the wires are okay and no breaks, the loom can be pushed back on and up to the connector,
