92 Civic CX Hatch Seat
 

Looking for a black leather seat for the driver side of a 92 Civic CX Hatch. I just bought it and the leather on the driver side is ripped/worn where you get in and out of the car. If anyone has this for sale/any suggestions on what i can do it would be appreciated.

welcome to the forum. have you checked the salvage yards, ebay, craigslist. Also you might get an estimate from an upholstory shop. may be cheaper to just recover it, it will be an original seat.

That's a pretty common car should be able to find a salvage yard with one.

I checked online and haven't been successful, it's just harder to find since leather seats aren't standard. But will definitely check a salvage yard/prices for reupholstering it. Thanks everyone

You know what I would do if you can't find a replacement seat is go with a set of nice seat covers,there is a company that makes them out of wet suit material that really are tough and look great.

I agree with bucwheat that you can go for the seat covers with leather finish if you dont get the leather seats.
