I've never seen it before, and mind you, I am not an expert by no means so this is not surprising.

I saw it near my area - doesn't have a make emblem except for the dealership it came from. Is this even a Honda? Looks kinda like an NSX, but not really. Or perhaps a make that has had the taillights greatly modified? Or perhaps just an import?

Curious, because I love it, and my current Civic is facing the end of her days right now. Looking to get a new one and would like to stick to the Honda make (and, again, I love the car in the picture). I want it. o_o

Those are custom rear lights,not stock.

that's a 2001–2002 Accord coupe with a massive riced out spoiler and riced out depo tail lights

i have always preferred the 2003-2005 much more.

Yes it's accord coupe, It seems that these are customized euro tail lights with led bulbs.
