bad struts
I got a 91 civic hatchback 1.5 Lt. SOHC The back leans to the right on the drivers side and the front end bottoms out on what I think is average drops like driveways and stuff. I did some checking and found out that it has struts on both front and rear. Also the steering wheel wobbles a bit. Is this a strut problem?. Can any one tell me what brand should I get? I plan on making this my project car, and doing all the work (except the paint and body work which I plan on having professionally done) myself. The only thing for me is that this little car is also my only means of transpo. I drive it to work every day.
Any advice out there ?
Thanks

Welcome to the forum, any type of strut will help your car, It is not difficult to replace yourself. I put on Tokico on mine w/coil overs cost about 235.00 for parts only. If you keep it stock height and do not put in coil overs, you will not have camber problems as I did, needed to put in camber kit. You can do the front struts in about 3-5 hrs for a first timer.

welcome to the forums..i have a 1991 civic si hatchback and i have tikico blues with eibach lowering springs and it is probably the smoothest ride ive been in.. as for the steering wheel take the cover off (the honda emblem in the center should pop out with a flat head) and check the bolt in the center.. sometimes these come loose and cause a wobble
