Where is the front tow hook located? Need help plz

welcome to the forum. I do not believe Honda installs tow hook in the front. tow trucks have a special tool to insert into the frame one on each side to pick up the front of the car.

Welcome in,yes there are what is called shipping inserts in the frame.
