HELP! Buying my first Honda.

And my first car, so I don't know anything. There are too many sites, too many reviews and too many salesmen with bias opinions to help me reach a decision. Hopefully someone in this forum can be of some help.

I'm buying a Honda in August. Not a doubt about it. Which one? A lot of doubt!

I live in Boston. A small city with very limited parking. My ride to work is seven miles. I'm looking for a car that is:
  • Easy to drive
  • Easy to park
  • Great on gas
  • Under $20k
I'm in my 20s, live by myself, but take occassional weekend trips with my brothers and friends. I'm considering the following models (I am obligated to buy a car no older than a 2010):
  1. Fit Sport
  2. Civic Coupe LX
  3. Insight
  4. CRZ (I know its a two-seater)
Which one of these models is the best "all-around"? Any direction would be immensly appreciated! Thank you.

All the cars you've listed are good, I own a Fit, easy to drive, easy to get in and out with a sore back, i"m short at 5ft 1in. I can get my friend in the front at 6ft 2in and still have 3 people 5ft 6in sit in the back. the 6ft person does not touch the ceiling of the car. I have carried 8ea 4X4X8 lumber in the car, with 2 sacks of concrete 60#'s, 2 55 # dog food, 1 weeks food for 4, and driven up the Ca. Cahon pass at 90mph, over the top at 115mph all the time looking for the Chippy!! I get up to 40mpg, low as 32 in the city. I have more cabin room then the civic. I got this car for the above purpose. You need to test drive the car you have listed even if you need to rent it for a day to do all of what you plan to use the car for and decide your purpose. you are paying good money for your car. Get what you want and need for your purpose.
