Help! Honda Mechanics in the DC/ NoVA area?
 

Hi all, I have a 2001 Prelude sh, and she needs some work done. If someone can point me in the direction of a good, cheap mechanic in the DC area that would be greatly appreciated. Also, can somebody please help me diagnose an issue with the steering wheel please?

Steering wheel issue: when i turn the wheel, especially when its really cold out, the car makes a loud, squeaking noise, and i cant seem to figure out where its coming from. I looked it up on the internet, and i found a video that claims its the ball joint, but my friend is very dubious about that idea. Can anybody diagnose where the sound is coming from please? thank you so much!!
