I have a 99 civic my odometer light comes on every now and then can't figure it out everything else on the gauge works, not sure what kind of odometer but it's white and the light is blue, when it does come on its for about 30 sec and flashes, if anyone knows what this could be please let me know!!

 

It dosen't sound factory,someone may have modified the speedo,look for a short.

definitely after market take a picture off it and post it.

 

I think you might need to change your odometer is it old already?Or maybe the best way is too go to your nearest auto shop and let them examine and fix it for you. But i think it's about the modification of your car.

 

I agree with xsimonx. You should once get your vehicle examined fully by the expert.

 

Honda Civic's bore me...way too common and generic. Also the 2.4 in this model has been around for about a decade now (acura tsx) with no updates..
