Weird Noise

Default Weird Noise
Me and my buddy hooked up a test pipe today and when i rev it to 1 to 2 rpm it makes a very strange noise that i think is not suppose to do...give me some info on what it might be...thanks...

If the test pipe is an exhaust pipe, the noise made by the exhaust exit resonates, and buzzes or rattles in the pipe.
