I have a 2023 Passport purchased in March and have yet to have this function work. I stopped by my dealership to ask about the MOST cable recall and also asked about the wireless phone charging in my vehicle not working. The service advisor told me that Honda is aware of the problem and do not have a fix at this time. Maybe they should scratch that off the window sticker list of items the vehicle is supposed to come with and add phone charging available with a USB cable.
