Exclamation ***'00 Civic EX, NO spark***

Hello everyone! This is my first post and I hate to start it out with a problem, but I have 1! I have a 2000 Civic Ex, est 150k miles, with no spark comin from the wires.... It was really cold one day and I went out early to start the car, it started with no problem, but when I came back a few minutes later, the car was just turned to the on position. I just thought maybe I was really tired and didn't realize I didn't turn the car on all the way??? It took a few minutes to get the car started, but I accredited this to the fact that it had just been running off the battery and it being so cold. When I got about a mile down the road, I had to stop at a red light. When I accelerated, the car acted as if it were about to run out of gas, so I stomped it, and it was normal a few seconds later. I started the car a few times after that with no problem. The next evening, I was leaving class and it was Really cold out, and the car wouldn't start again. I tryed to get it jumped even though I was pretty sure it wasn't the battery because everythin sounded fine, it would crank, just not start. Of course, the jump didn't help. After trying for atleast 30 mins, the car started, but I had to press the gas while it was starting so it wouldn't die. I drove straight to Auto Zone to have them test the starter just in case. Starter and battery passed the test, but when the guy went to test the alternator, it wouldn't start again. I sat there for about an hour trying to get the car to start. An employee came out and while I was trying to start it, he moved the throttle and it started right up (I forget how he specifically worded it, but he told me he had given the motor gas... pretty sure the throttle just allows air flow. Is there a special button I don't know about?? Did I hear him wrong?). I drove home, turned the car off, and it has not started since. I had someone open the throttle while I was trying to start the car, but this did nothing. I have replaced the spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap & rotor, tested the ignition control module & the ignition coil. I even had someone else test it just in case. All the connections look fine. I cleaned the throttle body. I have no idea when the pcv valve was replaced last because it's in a horrible position, but this still should not keep it from gettin spark. I replaced the fuel filter less than 15k miles ago. I haven't tested the fuel pressure, but I know the fuel pump is coming on. Still, this should not cause a no spark reaction. Some one mentioned that perhaps it jumped timing, but can I even check this with no spark?? I NEED HELP!! I'm drivin a Chevy Cavalier right now. I want my Honda!! ANY ideas would be greatly appreciated! (Sorry for the book but I hate when people don't give enough details about a problem, maybe I went overboard though)
