Default 07 Honda Civic SI - speedo, fuel, temp gauge not working

The speedometer reads at 0, the fuel gauge keeps blinking like its on E, and the temp gauge is getting no reading. The owner told me the gauges used to work and that he took off out of the shop before they were able to finish updating that part. any ideas. The car has a k swap k24a engine in it 6 spd manual.

I know the Vehicle Speed Sensor works because I was watching it in Hondata, somehow the dash cluster isn't getting the reading.

I have looked just about everywhere and am not sure what to do.. I tried entering diagnostic mode. I reflashed the ECU with Hondata. I tried checking the fuses for the back up light, 10 and 23 I think. I tried disconnecting the battery for 5 minutes. I am at a loss here and there doesn't seem to much of anything anywhere that I can find for info. Please Help.

These are the notes I found in Hondata if anyone wants to elaborate on this as well.

stock k24a fbo alpha header, rbc, stock exhaust, 93oct, hybrid cai, j37, rdx injectors. 25degree vtc

welcome to the forum. with limited info on your engine, did the shop that changed the engine from a 2.0 to a 2.4 also change the ecu made for that engine.
