09 civic startup

After the 09 civic has been sitting for several hours i have to hold they key in start position for about a minute (climbed from 30 seconds over the last 2 months). All of the lights fans etc come on when i turn the key and It starts up immediately once the starter turns. I replace fuses/relays associated with startup. Also replaced the keys & ignition barrel & switch. Im wondering if the battery is right at a level to cause this or the starter solenoid

Well, it sounds like the starter motor is beginning to fail. No way to be sure until it does. When it does, sometimes hitting a starter will let it start the engine, one last time. But, yes, check the battery voltage and load test.
