12v light and IMA light after getting BOTH batteries replaced
My car is a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid. I’m at a loss of words. Just bought a new battery AND a refurbished IMA battery. IMA got replaced first and then a couple days later I did the 12v battery. The car has no codes as of now. Before it had IMA related codes until I replaced it. The car has no alternator.
-What do I even do at this point? I got it checked at an official Honda Dealer and they told me the IMA needs replacing. I had it replaced by Green Bean/Bumblebee batteries and the 12v light came on after they were done with it. They told me the 12V had low volts so I replaced it and it turned it on and BOTH LIGHTS ARE STILL ON. I’m down almost $2000 trying to fix this stupid car. |
The car doesn't have a traditional alternator but uses the same technology with the starter coil.
What are the codes. |
