12v light and IMA light after getting BOTH batteries replaced

My car is a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid. I’m at a loss of words. Just bought a new battery AND a refurbished IMA battery. IMA got replaced first and then a couple days later I did the 12v battery. The car has no codes as of now. Before it had IMA related codes until I replaced it. The car has no alternator.

-What do I even do at this point? I got it checked at an official Honda Dealer and they told me the IMA needs replacing. I had it replaced by Green Bean/Bumblebee batteries and the 12v light came on after they were done with it. They told me the 12V had low volts so I replaced it and it turned it on and BOTH LIGHTS ARE STILL ON. I’m down almost $2000 trying to fix this stupid car.

The car doesn't have a traditional alternator but uses the same technology with the starter coil.
What are the codes.

There are no codes currently since the the installer has put in the new IMA. Haven’t taken it out my driveway only turned on ignition since then. Codes before installation were p1600 and p1449
