1994 honda accord

Hi everyone I just put in a engine and transmission into my car im now noticing a vibration from the interior dash section of the car while its running does anyone know what could be causing this.

Bad or excessive vibration is caused by bad or worn motor mounts. do you know how old are your stock mounts? and also any crack or damange to them ? include ac mount and tranny torque mount ,I believe there are 5 mounts.

I think the motor could be clogged or really dirty. Disconnect and reconnect it again and get it cleaned thoroughly.
