1999 ULEV VTECH, P1166 and P1167

1. I have a1999 ULEV VTECH engine. The diagnostic codes that were shown are P1167 and P1166. Both apparently, are related to the A/F sensors. Is it unusual for both of these codes to show at the same time? Can I guess that one code leads to the other, and I should address it first?

2. If I have to address the A/F sensor in the catalytic converter, can someone post a picture of where its located? I can't see it when looking under the car (it's not elevated.)

3. Also, is there a P0166 code for my year and model?

Thanks for your help!

P0166 is a generic OBDII diagnostic trouble code for O2 circuit no activity

A/F sensors are basically O2 sensors
On most vehicles there are two.
One is after the exhaust
The second is after the cat
The one after the cat is usually on top of the pipe exiting the cat

Yes, it is not unusual to see both codes together
The heater circuit is not working correctly
Check the wiring to the sensor
Then check the resistance of the heater circuit
It is usually around 3 ohms.
If you end up needing to replace the sensor
Then you will want to get the OEM or Honda original part
After market parts/sensors tend to give off erroneous errors and drive one mad
