Default 2000 Accord EX check engine light flashing

We just replaced the O2 sensor, and now the check engine light flashes at me, it shudders while accelerating and at times while cruising. When I'm in D3, it doesn't shudder, but in D4 it does. Help!

It’s a Denso O2 sensor.

Denso is good maker of O2 sensors
Did you scan and read trouble code?
Flashing check engine light means danger of damage (engine, tranny, cat, etc)

Bank 1, Sensor 1 has high voltage

That is what the code says. Something like this requires looking into the circuit
Put a meter on the O2 sensor. Verify the circuit is high. Then go about looking for a short.
Follow the wire from the O2 sensor. See if it is rubbing against anything.

Good luck

Also make sure the O2 sensor connection is tight and not crimped. Look for broken wire.

need to know as avisitor asked, if the 02 sensor is Honda or aftermarket. aftermarket will fail within 30days of installation. Honda's denso 02 sensor is made different from the aftermarket. if it is Honda original, then do the trouble shooting (advised above. ( same with Honda only auto trans fluid, if aftermarket, your trans will start to give you problems )
